Choose a floor kiosk stand or a table security case. Our enclosures are made by Compulocks (formerly Maclocks). The stand you pick decides which iPad goes in it:

For a registration desk or survey point that stands on its own, book the iPad 10.2 with a floor stand. For a counter, a booth table or a larger screen, book any iPad with a table case. Stands come bundled with the iPad on the quote form, not as separate add-ons.

iPad Kiosk Stand Rental Questions
01 Which iPad fits your floor kiosk stand?
Only the iPad 10.2". We have 30 floor kiosk stands and 104 iPad 10.2 units, so a floor kiosk always comes with an iPad 10.2. The iPad Pro 12.9" and iPad Air 11" go in table security cases instead.
02 How much does it cost to rent an iPad kiosk stand?
Each floor kiosk is quoted as one line, the iPad 10.2 and its stand together, and the price per day falls the longer you rent. There is no flat daily rate. The minimum order is $180, delivery and collection is $106.80 when a floor kiosk is on the order, there is no deposit, and quoted prices are final, with no tax added. The quote form emails the exact price within minutes; worked iPad totals are in our rent or buy guide.
03 How tall is the floor kiosk?
About 1 m (1015.5 mm). It stands on its own, so it needs no table or wall. iPad and case sizes are on our dimensions page.
04 Do you set the kiosks up at the venue?
We deliver the stands and the iPads to your venue and collect them after the event. The iPads arrive separately, not fitted in the kiosks, and assembly instructions come with each stand. Before collection, take the iPads out of the kiosks and put them back in their protective cases: a kiosk returned with its iPad inside costs $150.
05 Can we brand the kiosk stands?
No. The stands are rented as they are and we do not offer branding. Please do not add tape, stickers, decals or mats; anything added must come off with no residue, or a cleaning fee of $100 an hour applies. Branding on the iPad screen, through your own app or website, is fine.
06 Can the kiosk run our registration app?
Yes. We install your app or files ($10 per app per iPad, at most $50 per iPad) and can lock each iPad to that app or to your website. We do not supply registration software; our event registration guide covers the setup.
07 How far ahead should we book?
Orders confirmed by 4pm the working day before delivery carry no rush fee. Same-day delivery always carries a rush fee, and orders of 30 or more devices need about five working days.
