iPad Rental and Hire for Events
TouristPads rents iPads to companies for events, exhibitions and conferences in Singapore. iPad hire comes in three models: the iPad 10.2" and iPad Pro 12.9" with their own 5G data, and the WiFi-only iPad Air 11" with a free 5G router. We deliver to the venue and collect after the event, with no deposit and a $180 minimum order.

We rent three iPad models for short-term rental, from one day to several months. The iPad Pro and iPad 10.2 come with built-in 5G SIM data. The iPad Air 11" is WiFi-only, so we provide one free portable 5G WiFi router per iPad Air at no extra cost.

Free Portable WiFi Router with iPad Air
The iPad Air 11" is WiFi-only, so every iPad Air comes with its own free 5G WiFi router (200Gb of data per month) — no venue WiFi needed. Routers are also available to rent separately; one router serves up to 16 devices.

Security cases with table stands come bundled on the quote. Add a steel cable lock to keep each iPad on its table at public events.

We deliver to any venue in Singapore and collect after your event. Same-day delivery is available with a rush fee.

How iPad Rental Is Priced
iPad rental is priced per iPad per day, and the daily price falls the longer you keep them. There is no flat daily rate and no weekly or monthly package to choose: the quote engine works out the price for your exact dates.
- Model: the iPad 10.2" costs least. An iPad Air 11" costs about 1.4 times as much per day, and an iPad Pro 12.9" about twice as much.
- Minimum order: $180, not counting delivery.
- Delivery and collection: about $70.80 for both trips. Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island and the Changi Exhibition Centre add a surcharge, and same-day orders carry a rush fee.
- No deposit, and the quoted price is the final price.
- Included at no charge: 5G data, a security case with table stand, charger and cable, and one 5G router per iPad Air.

iPad Hire Questions
01 How much does it cost to rent an iPad in Singapore?
There is no flat daily rate: the price depends on the model, the number of iPads and the number of days, and the per-day price falls the longer you rent. An iPad Pro 12.9" costs about twice as much per day as an iPad 10.2, and an iPad Air 11" about 1.4 times as much. The minimum order is $180 before delivery, delivery and collection is about $70.80 for both trips, there is no deposit and the quoted price is final. The quote form emails the exact price for your dates.
02 Do you hire out the iPad mini?
No. We do not rent the iPad mini. The smallest iPad we rent is the iPad 10.2", which has its own 5G data and is the only model that fits our floor kiosk stands.
03 How many iPads can I rent at once?
Our fleet is 104 iPad 10.2", 20 iPad Air 11" and 18 iPad Pro 12.9". Orders of 30 or more iPads need about five working days to prepare, so book large events early.
04 Do the rental iPads come with internet?
Yes. The iPad 10.2" and iPad Pro 12.9" each have a 5G SIM with data included, so they work without venue WiFi. The iPad Air 11" is WiFi-only, so every iPad Air comes with its own 5G WiFi router (200Gb of data per month) at no extra cost.
05 Can I rent iPads for a week or a month?
Yes. A seven-day rental costs a little over half the one-day rate per day, and a 30-day rental under a quarter. Every SIM and every iPad Air router carries 200Gb of data per calendar month.
06 Can you deliver iPads on the same day?
Yes, when stock allows, but same-day delivery always carries a rush fee, and so do next-day orders confirmed after 4pm. We deliver between 9am and 9pm, and someone from your team must be there to sign for the iPads.
07 Can you install our registration app on the iPads?
Yes. We install your app or files at $10 per app per iPad, capped at $50 per iPad, and on request we lock each iPad to that app or website. We do not supply registration software ourselves.
